Love Baby Beetroot 250g
Community Co Leafy Mix 120g
Mt Athos Feta 200G
The Market Grocer Walnut Halves 150g
Option – Bite Me Free Range Roast Chicken 220g
How to make it
- Place the leafy mix in a large bowl.
- Slice beetroot and scatter over leafy mix.
- Chop feta into small cubes and walnuts in half. Add to salad.
- Option – Cut roast chicken into desired pieces and add.
- Drizzle balsamic dressing over salad if eating immediately. Otherwise divide the salad into 3 containers and take balsamic dressing to use when ready to eat.
