Love Baby Beetroot 250g

Community Co Leafy Mix 120g

Mt Athos Feta 200G

The Market Grocer Walnut Halves 150g

Option – Bite Me Free Range Roast Chicken 220g

How to make it

  1. Place the leafy mix in a large bowl.
  2. Slice beetroot and scatter over leafy mix.
  3. Chop feta into small cubes and walnuts in half. Add to salad.
  4. Option – Cut roast chicken into desired pieces and add.
  5. Drizzle balsamic dressing over salad if eating immediately. Otherwise divide the salad into 3 containers and take balsamic dressing to use when ready to eat.
